  • This completed form is designed so Unity leaders can understand the details of your request or inquiry.

    This form will give you an idea of what is required for a class or event held through or at Unity. After submitting this form you will be notified within a week of whether or not your class/event is approved. Approval is based primarily, but not exclusively, on subject matter and availability of the space and staff. Thank you! We hope we can help make your event a success!

  • There are two ways events/classes are set up through Unity. #1 - You can pay a flat rate rental fee to Unity (rates are posted on our website). #2 - Unity and the instructor do a 40/60 (40% to Unity and 60% to you) split of gross profits. Gross profit is AFTER credit card processing fees of 3%, if Unity will be handling card processing. Let us know your preference.*
