Upon the signing of this application, I represent that all the Information now or hereafter given by me in support of my application for employment is true and complete. I authorize U.S. Park to verify any of the Information concerning my employment, education, credit, driving or medical history with the appropriate individuals, companies, institutions or agencies and I authorize them to release such informat1on as U.S. Park requires, including my prior disciplinary record, without any obligation to give me written notice of such disclosure. I also authorize U.S. Park to release any information requested by any of my prospective or subsequent employers, without any obligation to give me written notice of such disclosure. I hereby release U.S. Park and them from any liability whatsoever as a result of any such inquiries and disclosures I agree that any false Information In support of my application may subject me to discharge at any time during the period of employment.
If hired, I agree that If I am discharged from my employment at U.S. Park after completing probation then arbitration will be the sole and exclusive remedy available to me, I further agree that during my probation (a period of 90 days) I am employed at the will of U.S. Park and may be discharged at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
I further agree that my employment Is conditional upon satisfactory completion of documentation as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
As a condition of employment, all applicants shall be required to submit to a drug test and physical exam. Drivers must be able to lift luggage repeatedly, up to 75 Lbs per bag. Cashiers must be able to stand in an exit booth for an extended period of time. Further, upon employment, all employees shall be subject to U.S. Park random drug testing. This practice Is adopted for the safety of our customers and employees.
