Making the Best Use of Our Time

1. To make the best use of our time, we must      every present opportunity to make spiritual advances.

• Like Paul: When a delay interrupts your plans, purpose to       deeper in faith & in the Word. (2 Tim 4:13)
• Like Paul: When opportunities arise, be faithful to preach the true Gospel which includes both       in Christ &       of sin. (Lk 13:3, 24:47)
• Unlike Felix: Don’t make excuses & put off doing what the Holy Spirit has       you to do!

2. To make the best use of our time, we must      out known sin in our lives.

• Like Paul: We must “make pains to have a clear       toward both God & man.” (24:16, 23:1)
• Unlike Felix: We must not       to deal with righteousness, self-control & the judgment to come. 

3. To make the best use of our time, we must make the Kingdom of God the      of our life.

• Like Paul: We must strive for       to God trusting Him always. (Matt 6:33)
•  Unlike Felix: We must not live for this present life of       possessions & personal self-indulgence.
