- 30 Day Return Policy

- Items that are discounted or on sale are not eligible for return.

- Paper panel templates are not eligible for return or exchange

- Return requests can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After that, we can no longer accept returns.

- Original packaging must be complete – including all parts, paperwork & packing materials. Returns must have no visible signs of use or damage. All shipments will be covered by insurance. So if there is any damage to the package, please see our Shipping & Insurance Policy.

- Refunds go to the original payment method.
