Black & X-Cellent Performer Form

We are seeking youth performance groups that include but are not limited to, dance, acting, spoken word, music and singing. This event is twofold. It will raise awareness for the various youth centered programming throughout our city for children of color and ultimately exemplify unity within our community. Our primary goal is to expose parents to as many extracurricular activities as possible to help keep their children safe, off the streets and hopefully give them the tools to make better life choices. There is no fee for participation, however we do ask that all performers/ groups commit to selling at least 5 tickets ($10 each) to cover the overall production costs (space rental, guest speaker fees, participant gifts, etc). Each group will also have the opportunity to be featured as a guest performer on our social media sites and promo video. PLEASE NOTE: Any acts containing, inappropriate or suggestive language, vulgarity or explicit movements, will be cut short. Please make sure that all music is edited accordingly.
