I always provide complimentary hotel bookings, but when it comes to customized travel planning, corporate retreats, and family gatherings- those require more of my time and attention. I offer a complimentary consult by phone or email to make sure we are a good fit.
If you feel it's a match:

Custom itinerary, $250: This is my basic fee to get started on your request and put together a comprehensive proposal. This fee includes my VIP magic (often adding hundreds of dollars in resort credits, meals and upgrades), customized itinerary using a custom app, and assistance before and during your travels.

Group bookings, $500: Family reunions and larger group bookings include all of the above but I will also serve as your liaison, cheerleader, coach and guide. I can also create registration forms, recommendations for activities, and weave in 'something for everyone' along the way.

Corporate Retreat Planning, $1,000: Corporate groups will receive my negotiating assitance for lodging and meeting space, custom proposals, registration form assistance, swag recommendations, and food & beverage consult when needed.
