By signing and submitting this form you understand that an invoice will be sent to cover the retainer which is $100. Keep in mind if you are booking less then 3 days before the event date payment is required in full at the time of booking. Once retainer has been paid your requested date/time will be reserved. By signing below you also understand that you may cancel up to 48 hours after you pay your 50% retainer for a full refund, after 48 hours your retainer is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event is scheduled to take place. To ensure timely payment you will receive a final invoice to the email listed above for the remaining balance 7 days before the scheduled event date however payment is due no later then 3 days before the event. If invoice is not paid by close of business on due date prior to event date you will be removed from our calendar and your 50% retainer will be forfeited.
