Off-line Payment Disclosure

If your troop decides to accept off-line payments, the payments will be processed when the device/phone is reconnected to the internet. There is a limit of $48 per transaction when accepting off-line payments. In the event that a card is declined when the payments are processed, the troop understands that they will still be responsible for these funds, and council will not reimburse declined off-line card payments.
