2025 Minnesota South District Convention Registration Form
Thank you for your participation in the 80th convention of the

Minnesota South District!

Registration fees are:

$185 for each Advisory Delegate

$320 for each Voting Delegate

Each individual must complete a registration form

Registration and payment are due by April 30
After April 30, registration fees will increase by $50

On-campus lodging reservations will be submitted on a separate form
If representing a multi-point (dual/triple/quad) parish, please list only one of the parishes.
