RETAINER/ PAYMENT
Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a deposit via credit card to reserve all of your appointments. A non-refundable deposit of $225.00 will be required to be paid upon submission of this document. The balance of the most RECENT quote will be due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING. Payment is accepted via cash or EMT (VENMO). The full fee will be charged for all applications booked that are not kept without 30 DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Gratuity has NOT been included and is at your discretion. If you are happy with your services a 15-20% gratuity is recommended. If artists are required to begin services or travel before 7am, a $100 fee will be added to the contract. The bride assumes responsibility of payment to the stylist for all members of the bridal party included for styling. ONE PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY THE BRIDE FOR TOTAL SERVICES RENDERED AFTER DEPOSIT.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS WEDDINGS There is a fee $75 including Fridays and some Monday's. A flat fee $50 for parties less than 4 people.
DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup is done to the client’s satisfaction.
TRAVEL FEES: Travel fees are calculated as $.78 per mile from the 44094 zip code. A $100 flat rate travel fee is added if travel is out of state 2+ hours. Travel that will require hotels and overnight accomodations are subject to additional costs.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeupartist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Erica Flint) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
USE OF IMAGE: Unless prior discussed and approved, ArtistrybyErica, may use on it’s website, social media and / or in any brochure, flyer.
AMENDMENTS TO SERVICES: Any additional add on's or additional coverage needed must be made known at least 1 week prior.
