    Sponsorships There are limited sponsorship opportunities available. Two Medium Duty Sponsorships are available and the first registered will receive the first pick of sponsorship category and booth. The same applies to the 3 Workhorse Sponsorships. You will be contacted to make your choice and choose your booth number after completing registration.

    "Friends of Show" Contributor Advertising sponsorship opportunity - banner and advertising exposure and mention in the show book. Once registered, you will be contacted to pick a category to sponsor, done on a first come, first pick basis.

  • Auction Item Information

    With purchase of a vendor booth, a donation item for our auction on Saturday night is required. The minimum cost of the item should meet $100. Thank you!

    If your donation item is unknown at this time, please type TBD and complete by August 5th, 2022. 

    Please bring the item to Registration at the show, unless previously provided.

  • ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION IS SUBMITTED, YOU WILL BE EMAILED AN INVOICE. 

     

    IF YOU CHOSE TO PAY BY CHECK, PLEASE ISSUE THE PAYMENT (AS RESERVED SPONSORSHIP AND BOOTH WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 30 DAYS).

    IF YOU CHOSE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD (WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE), YOU WILL BE SENT A PAYMENT LINK TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED.
