We are excited to share we have revamped our Expedited User setup process to give you the certainty you want - to know your new hire will have a computer ready to go quickly.

The previous wording was a bit wishy-washy with 48 hours to 5 days.

Moving forward, the $250 Expedited Setup fee will get the new computer set up within two business days from when the computer is enrolled. This is a key piece since we can't do much if a new computer needs to be purchased or if we lack access to the computer.

Improvements we have made in our tools have greatly reduced to overall setup time, but we need to access the computer first. Hence, that will kick off the timer for getting the computer ready within two days.

As always, non-rushed New User setups are included with your TotalCare service and will always be completed within five business days from the time the computer is enrolled. Please factor this into your planning, especially if a new computer needs to be purchased, which we can assist you with.

We highly recommend adding a step in your hiring process as soon as an applicant accepts an offer to submit the New User form.

1. Computer is enrolled with GlobalMac IT tools on Monday 3pm ... the expedited setup will be complete by Wednesday 3pm.
2. Computer is enrolled with GlobalMac IT tools on Thursday 10am ... expedited setup will be complete by Monday 10am.
