• The Chicago North Shore Alumnae Panhellenic Association (CNSAPA) is pleased to announce we are awarding multiple scholarships of $1,000 to collegiate members of National Panhellenic Conference sororities, residing in the Chicago North suburbs. Applicants will be well-rounded women who demonstrate outstanding campus and community involvement, in addition to academic excellence. To begin the application, you're requested to select whether you would like to be considered for the academic or the service scholarship.

    The selected recipient(s) must be an initiated member of a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sorority on a college of university campus within the United States.  Students who are participating in study abroad during the 2022-23 academic year would qualify for the scholarship.

    Questions may be emailed to karlamugler@gmail.com  Incomplete applications or applications received after March 4, 2022 will not be considered for this calendar year.

    PLEASE NOTE: If the college or university WILL NOT provide the applicant with an official copy of her transcript, or if a personal or professional reference WILL NOT provide the applicant with a recommendation letter so that those documents can be uploaded, transcripts and/or letters can be e-mailed to: karlamugler@gmail.com

    ALSO NOTE: Applicants are unable to save their progress and return to finish the application at a later time. We suggest they first examine the application and draft their response to the two short essays before completing the application.

    Those applying during winter break, who will not have access to their transcripts or recommendations, can email those separately to info@northshorepanhellenic.net

  • Two reference letters are required – one Academic reference and one Personal reference.
    Preferred filetypes are: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .doc or .docx.
    Acceptable filetypes include: zip, mp3, mp4, wma, .tif, .png, or .gif

    The individual providing a Personal reference should be someone unrelated to the  applicant who can comment about her involvement in her NPC group. Examples might include a chapter adviser, or a regional, national, or international officer of her sorority. The Personal reference should not be a peer.

    The Academic reference letter should be written by someone whom an applicant knows through her college work, such as a professor, academic adviser, coach, etc. The person writing this Academic reference letter should not be a fellow student.
