*Vendor must provide their own chairs. There is a limited amount of 8’ tables available. Only one per vendor may be reserved while supplies last. *To reserve vendor space, full payment of $25 must be submitted with submission of this agreement. Checks payable to: Greenville Chamber of Commerce *Spaces will be assigned first come, first serve. *Booth space must be reserved no later than November 23rd.

By signing this contract, the Vendor understands, agrees, and certifies the following:
•Once approved, registration is final. If for any reason Vendor is unable to fulfill this commitment, fees will not be refunded unless inclement weather forces the cancellation of the event.
•Vendor must be set-up by 3:45 p.m.
•Vendor retains 100% of proceeds from their booth. Vendor is responsible for all cash transactions at their booth.
•Vendor is responsible for clean-up of their designated area. If additional cleaning of your area is required, Vendor will incur a fee for cleaning.
•Vendor is required to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to city and safety regulations, health department and fire department codes.
•Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Come Home for Christmas committee, and City of Greenville, and their employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims and losses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, damages, expenses, and liability arising from the Vendor’s participation in Come Home for Christmas.
