Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.

St. Rose of Lima's Baptism Preparation program prepares parents and godparents to guide and form their children as they enter and grow up in the Catholic faith.
Baptism is the entry point for each person into the family of God and the Trinitarian life. In our baptism we become truly sons and daughters of God the Father.
In this joyous event we invite our parents and godparents of our little ones to come together for 2 sessions before their child's baptism. These sessions provide fellowship, formation on what baptism entails, and prayer.
