Terms and Conditions

1. At the beginning of each semester or during player registration, SZBT will communicate the allocated squad, package details, and training timings for parent acknowledgement.
2. Invoices are generated automatically on a monthly basis in line with the agreed packages.
3. Invoices for the upcoming month will be generated in advance (on the 23rd of the current month) and must be settled on or before the 31st of the same month.
4. In case of a missed session, players may attend other available sessions within the same month (subject to SZBT admin approval). However, sessions cannot be carried over to the following month, and no adjustments will be made.
5. Players may only attend sessions if the fees are paid in full prior to the start of the session. Coaches and supervisors are instructed not to allow participation without payment confirmation.
6. If a player cannot attend the allocated sessions due to travel, illness, or other reasons, parents must inform the academy admin team in advance via email or WhatsApp. The admin will confirm the appropriate course of action on a case-by-case basis.
7. Bank transfer is the standard method of payment. Credit card payments can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges.
8. A one-time registration fee of AED150 will be charged with the 1st-month fee (an academy T-shirt is included in the registration fee).
9. Strictly no refunds without a medical certificate submission (issued by Dubai Health Authority)

Instructions to Students:

1. Players should wear the T-shirt provided by Shuttle Zone Badminton Training
2. Shoes with non-marking soles should be worn at all times (badminton shoes)
3. Proper sports attire must be worn at all times.
4. Parents are strictly not allowed to communicate with coaches during the lessons.

Disclaimer:

1. Parent/Guardian/self to ensure participants/self are examined by a Physician and is physically and mentally fit to undergo sporting activities at Shuttle Zone Badminton Training
2. By signing, I hereby confirm that the child/self has no known physical/mental condition preventing him/her/self from participating in badminton and physical fitness training sessions.
3. I shall accept all risks resulting in participation in badminton and physical fitness sessions
4. I understand and agree that Shuttle Zone Badminton Training shall not be held responsible or liable for any physical harm/mental harm/fatalities under any circumstances.
5. Players are responsible for their belongings, and the academy cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage.
6. Upon enrollment, I am granting my permission to Shuttle Zone Badminton Training to use the student's name, photos, voice & words in newspapers, magazines, and other media for the purpose of marketing Shuttle Zone Badminton Training during the tenure of the student and thereafter. If any concerns, please inform us at the time of registration.
