Terms of Agreement

The following are the terms of the agreement to rent exhibit space at The 19th Annual MELODRAMA Boutique Sidewalk Sale. The vendor hereby accepts these terms and understands that they constitute a binding agreement between the vendor and MELODRAMA Boutique. The vendor agrees to abide by all terms listed in this agreement.

Please read and initial each paragraph to indicate that you have read and understood the following:

The letters “MB” as used herein shall mean MELODRAMA Boutique, their officers, agents, and any employees acting for it, in the management of this event.
Eligible Vendors. MB reserves the right to determine whether any company or product is eligible under the standards for inclusion in the festival.

Eligible Product. MB reserves the right to exclude the sale of any product based on overall show presentation, or that are in conflict with exclusive contracts held by MB with other vendors. The vendor will be notified in advance by MB of any such exclusion and have the right at the time of application to determine if they want to participate. Please note the average priced item is $50 (or less).

Table Information. All signage must be professionally printed, all vendor materials must be kept inside their designated area and the sidewalks and streets must be kept free of materials. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, and display information.

The vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner appropriate to the integrity of the attendees, fellow vendors, and MB staff.
The vendor will pay MB a fee of $100 or a 6ft Vendor Space.

Such spaces will only be provided during the dates and hours of the sidewalk sale.

c)     Cancellation Policy: In the event of a vendor cancellation, the fee is non-refundable for any reason.

MELODRAMA Boutique Vendor Rules:

-        Set up time is at 8 a.m. Please have all inventory and supplies (tables, chairs, signage, and other necessities) on-site by 8:00 a.m. If for ANY reason you are not completely set up by 9:30 a.m. your vendor fee will be forfeited and you may lose your spot.

-        You are responsible for your own table (not to exceed 6ft); No plastic table cloths.

-        No Kids accompanying vendors.

-        Pop-Up patio umbrellas are permitted.

-        Tents are allowed, however, if tents exceed the 6ft space you must share with your neighboring vendor.
