- You understand that submitting this application does not mean that you are guaranteed you will adopt the dog. It is simply a tool to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family.

- You understand that all members of the family and any dog who will be living with the dog you want to adopt MUST come and meet the dog prior to adoption

- You understand that if your application is successful you will be required to have a home check

- If after the adoption process you are successful, an adoption fee of £300 is required.

- Your privacy is very important to us and we always keep your information safe. Please sign if you give us your consent to store your personal details to enable us to contact you regarding your application via email or by phone and to be able to process your application form. As part of the application process we may need to share your details to a fosterer, volunteer or home checker in order for us to complete the adoption process.
