  • If your Infinity or Essential device has suddenly stopped working, please follow this instruction to test it:

    1. Try another pod to check whether the fault was from the pod.

    2. Remove the pod, put the device between your lips like a straw, and blow into it as hard as possible to remove build-up condensation inside the device, repeat a couple of times.

    3. Insert a pod and try again.

     

    Complete the rest of questionnaire if this doesn't help.
