Thank you for your interest in becoming a featured brand with us! The registration form allows us to prepare for and get to know each unique vendor in their own unique way!

All fees are non-negotiable/non-refundable. IF your application is NOT accepted, your fees will be returned to you

COVID-19 notice: Available dates on the form are scheduled to continue as planned. Our vendors will be the first to be notified if local authorities, or significant increases in COVID-19 cases require the cancellation of the event. Once your reservation is confirmed, it is important that you check your emails for updates as that is our primary way of making contact with confirmed vendors and guests.

If local authorities require cancellation of our events due to official order, vendors and guests will be offered the opportunity to transfer their reservations to a later date. There are no refunds granted for COVID-19 cancellations.

If Direct Sales, do you understand you may only represent 1 company and may not display content in competition with any same agent participating?

Please detail your booth setup. This should include types of products being sold (products not listed will not be allowed at setup) as well as number of tables and any display pieces used. This is needed to ensure we place everyone according to their needs. Each space is 10 x 10 and vendor should provide any tents, tables, chairs or other items required for their set up.

If you do not provide us with anything,we will not reach out to request, you will be marketing as the name of your business only.

Agreement * By clicking, Brand acknowledges that the Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall become binding upon the parties (1) Submission of vendor registration and receipt of confirmation from CWR/GFE via email (2) by paying the Space Rental Fee (3) Space is not confirmed until receipt of your prepayment. (4) There are no refunds or transfers for any reason. Once the application is submitted, changes cannot be made (5) Selection of I Agree serves as digital signature and agreement of all binding terms, conditions, rules and regulations.
