West Beach SLSC can initiate free volunteer Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearances on behalf of our members.

Please complete and submit this form if you would like us to initate a WWCC application.

Note that WWCC's are vaild for 5 years. A new application can only be requested within 6 months of a previous WWCC expiry date.

Please ensure the email address provided is one you check regularly. The application for you to complete will be sent to this address by the SA Department of Human Services.
