What is the single biggest problem you are facing when trying to be productive?

Procrastination. I start the day with the best of intentions, but just can’t get myself to follow through. I feel guilty and vow to do better tomorrow, but when tomorrow comes I find ways to avoid whatever I should be doing.
Prioritization. I often let urgent requests and smaller tasks take over my workday with little time for higher impact things. I feel like I work hard, but at the end of the day I’m not making enough progress on the things I really care about.
Work-life balance. I often find myself either doing work or worrying about work outside of work hours. I have a hard time disconnecting and being present for other priorities in my life – family, friends, exercise, hobbies, side projects, etc.
Overwhelm. I start most days with dozens of tasks on my plate. Despite having so much to do, I often feel paralyzed by the workload and have a hard time even getting started.
Over-commitment. I have a hard time saying no to things, especially when they’re interesting. I enjoy most of my commitments and take pride in being busy, but I feel myself getting stretched too thin to do really well at any one thing.

What high-performance skill do you feel you lack the most? What would you like to improve the most?

Clarity: I don’t have a clear idea of where does my low performance comes from. I am unclear about the next best move for me. Life seems to be happening “to me,” and I can’t make sense of it.
Goal-setting & systems design: I don’t have exciting goals that pull me forward. I haven’t designed personal and professional systems that make those goals “inevitable”.
Execution: I know what I should be working on, but I can’t stay focused on it. I am easily overwhelmed and quite prone to shiny object syndrome. It is easy to sway away from the current task/project.
Data-driven work optimization: I don’t know how to extract meaningful data from my current activities to improve my productivity & Performance week-on-week.
Motivation: I can’t sustain high motivation for long enough. I am prone to self-doubt and self-sabotage.
Focus: I understand the importance of focus but I seldom get more than 30 mins of pure focus. I have trouble accessing flow states at will.
Energy: I lack the necessary energy to go through the day without stimulants. Something within my health isn’t working correctly (sleep, nutrition, breathwork, exercise and meditation).
Emotional control: I have trouble being effective, consistent, and optimistic through the ups and downs of daily work.
