Welcome to Unleashed dog training ! I Chelsea Comstock am happy to train with you! Our goal is to bring the BEST out of your dog and build an unbreakable bond. We promise to do our very best to help each individual and under no circumstance will push any dog past his or her limits. Please fill out the information below and sign. If any questions just let me know! By signing up for any training the client listed agrees and understands that Unleashed dog training has not promised, guaranteed or warranted that the dog can be trained in x amount of time, that dog will never bite, that dog will not be dangerous or vicious in the future, that dog will not exhibit other behavioral problems or that the training will last for any particular amount of time as each dog is different in regards to ability, breeding and temperament, and we simply don’t know what goes on out side of our training class. Client acknowledges, agrees and understands that they must practice with their dog in-between appointments/classes what they learned during each lesson. Scheduling of future training is your sole responsibility. Payment is due at the time of the lesson(s) unless we have a signed payment arrangement, for any reason NO refund will be issued. Lessons do not have an expiration date. Unleashed dog training guarantees in exchange for payment we will provide the number of lessons purchased.
