WAIVER ACCEPTANCE. In order to be accepted as a volunteer at Chicago Urban Pride, Inc. (“CUP”) for the official Pride fest events (“THE EVENTS”), I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, my guardians, and each of their successors and assigns, to the following terms- I agree to assume all risks, dangers, and injuries associated with being involved in THE EVENTS and release and hold harmless CUP and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my volunteer work with CUP.- I understand that this waiver discharges CUP from any liability or claim that I may have against CUP with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in THE EVENTS. I also fully understand that CUP does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage.
