2022 TORONTO ART CRAWL - SPONSOR APPLICATION
WELCOME!

We are very excited to host you as a sponsor at year's season of events!

We are currently accepting applications for the following events:

Christmas Market at the Bentway - November 5 2022
Christmas POP UP - December 4 2022

WE OFFER 3 BOOTH OPTIONS:
- 4'x3' space: $397 + hst
- 6'x4' space: $497 + hst
- 8'x8' (indoor events) 10'x10' (outdoor events) space: $697 + hst (use of canopy/tent is optional is venue is partially covered)
PLEASE NOTE: Your registration payment is due with your application form for consideration.

You can pay for your booth fee(s) by PayPal at the bottom of this application form or my EMT at INFO@TORONTOARTCRAWL.COM or by requesting to be invoiced to pay by credit card or cheque.

Allow up to 7-10 days for your application to be reviewed, at which time you will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance or advising you that you will fully refunded.

Booth fees are due with your application form.*

In the event that an Act Of God, or Covid-19 related event cancels our event, the event will be rescheduled to a later 2022 date and you will receive a credit for your space. No refunds will be issued.*

We provide space only on event days, therefore vendors are required to bring everything EVERYTHING they need to exhibit.*

If I paid and registered to put up a 10'x10' space and am using a canopy/tent, I will have 40lbs for each leg of my canopy due to high winds at the location, I understand this is a venue requirement .*

Refund requests are not available 90 days from event. Refund requests with more than 90 days are subject to our $120 cancellation fee.*
