The City of Toronto requires all food vendors fil out the Temporary Food Establishment Application. Please fill out the form below and e-mail to info@torontoartcrawl.com min. 5 weeks to event.

This application form is for food vendors to sell food at our 2022 events. Please fill out carefully and submit payment for your application to be processed. Allow 7-10 days for your application to be processed. If your application is denied for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. Covid-19 safety protocols in place to ensure safety. You may be required to wear a mask outdoors and have hand sanitizer available at your booth. Also, due to social distancing, our space is VERY limited and our events will sell out of space quickly!

In the event that an Act Of God, or Covid-19 related event cancels our event, the event will be rescheduled to a later 2022 date and you will receive a credit for your space. No refunds will be issued.*

For events at the Bentway: This venue doesn't not allow open flame cooking, no use of butane or propane unless with a food truck.*

For outdoor events: If using a canopy/tent, you are required to use 40lbs for each leg of your canopy to weigh it down for safety.*
