  • Night Janitor

    Seattle/Bellevue - Excellent Locations - Hiring Immediately

    Janitorial Supervisor Job Summary:

    • Train, develop and supervise janitorial staff

    • Perform formal cleaning inspections.
    • Enforce company and client policies and procedures.
    • Retrain and provide corrective guidance to employees when required.
    • Report safety and security issues.
    • Resolve customer issues.
    • Order supplies and maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
    • Enforce OSHA and other health and safety regulations.
    • Perform janitorial tasks when required.
    • Submit nightly reports to management.
    • Responsible for assigning, supervising, and reviewing the work of assigned janitorial staff; train staff in work procedures.

    • Required: 2 years of Janitorial Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year experience managing crews

    Janitorial Floating Supervisor Job Summary:


    • Train, develop, and supervise janitorial staff
    • Travel between multiple assigned facilities throughout the day as a floating supervisor
    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and clients
    • Perform formal cleaning inspections
    • Enforce company and client policies and procedures
    • Retrain and provide corrective guidance to employees when needed
    • Report safety and security issues
    • Resolve customer concerns
    • Order supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment

    • 1 year of previous janitorial/cleaning experience is required
    • Must have flexibility, as you will regularly be working at different building locations in the area.
