Supporting our mission to foster international understanding and goodwill, the BridgeUSA Reciprocity Funds is a cultural exchange mini-grant program supported by the American Hospitality Academy.
Mini-grants are open to U.S. college students and recent graduates participating in an educational cultural exchange program, i.e. education, internship, training, community project abroad.
Funds are available to reimburse the expenses of eligible cultural exchange activities. Successful mini-grant applications display elements of people to people exchanges. Examples include, not limited to:
Experience Culture - learning about the culture of the country you are visiting
Tour of culturally significant location
Completing volunteer project
Attend sporting event, festival
Sharing Culture – sharing American culture with the people of the country you are visiting
American Food Night
Event where you showcase American culture
Holiday party featuring an American holiday or celebration
