Thank you for contacting us about this issue. This type of wear is considered normal wear and tear and is not a manufacturer defect (and therefore is not a warranty issue). It is considered normal wear and tear because it will occur naturally over time and does not affect performance.
We understand that the paddle's graphic design matters. However, as with any sport, the graphics on the sporting equipment wears over time (baseball bats, tennis racquets, paddle paddles, hockey sticks, etc.), especially when that equipment makes contact with hard objects (such as a Pickleball) or the floor.
In order to maintain the integrity of our warranty program, we have followed the lead of every major sport and sporting equipment manufacturer to not warranty normal wear and tear.
If you are still concerned about your paddle, you may still submit a warranty claim for review.
