Application Process
- Every prospective tenant must complete an application. Each person who plans to live in the home is required to submit their own application.
- The application fee is $210 per applicant. An application is considered complete once both the application and application fee have been received.
- One application gives you access to all RP Properties homes. Your application is not limited to a specific property and may be used for any of our available homes.
- Properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to the group that first submits all required applications and application fees for everyone who will be living in the home. We encourage your entire group to apply promptly if you are interested in a particular property.
- Please schedule a tour. We generally require the majority of prospective tenants in your group to tour the property before moving forward with the leasing process.
