Shop policies: Once your order has been placed, you agree that I do not accept returns or cancellations due to the nature that these are customized products. Full payment is required in order to process your order and be placed on the production list. Turn around times will not begin until payment is received. The production time is 3-10 days. Shipping time varies depending on where your product will be shipped. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact me to ensure that is possible. Any rush orders needed before the current turn around time are subject to a rush fee of $30 I will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and products. Please contact me within 24 hours after the delivery of the item. Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names or quotes.
