Brunton Transit Service Request Form
All Brunton customers, including distributors, wholesalers, universities, direct accounts, and end users should use this form if wanting to send a Brunton transit or OmniSight/Slope back to our production facility in Riverton, WY for service. International customers should contact their distributor/retailer first, as we are expanding regional service capabilities.
Please note:
We only service BRUNTON brand transits and OmniSights/Slopes.
Brunton transits manufactured prior to 1990 are not eligible for repair. These transits have serial numbers that are less than 10 digits.
$125 for transit repair, recalibration, & rebalance - cost includes shipping back to the customer.
$50 for transit recalibration & rebalance - cost includes shipping back to the customer.
$75 for (NIST, NRC, NPL, PTB, AND LNE) transit compatible, compliant calibration
$75 for OmniSlope or OmniSight repair - cost includes shipping back to the customer.
Brunton transits and Omnis have a 1-year warranty that covers repair, recalibration, & rebalance within one year of customer purchase.
Payment is required before product(s) will be shipped back to customer. Our team will reach out to you for payment information based on what service was needed.
