  • WORK PERMIT GUIDELINES

  • This form should be properly filled out by the unit owner/resident/authorized representative and approved by the Building Engineer or Building Manager before each repair or renovation work in the unit.

    Please take note of the following guidelines:

    1. Work should be done only from Mondays to Fridays, from 8:30 am to 12:00nn and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm only. Strictly no works on weekends and holidays.
    2. Noisy works should only be done from 10:00 am to 12:00nn and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm only.
    3. Workers must be confined to the workspace only. Anyone caught loitering in other areas of the compound will be reprimanded.
    4. Workers must be properly dressed. Those wearing shorts, sandos, and slippers will be prohibited from entering the condominium building.
    5. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that workers abide by the Condominium Corporation's Rules and Regulations. Visitors are subject to penalties.
    6. Working Permits should be accomplished at least one day before the actual work.

    PROHIBITED MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE UNIT PREMISES

    1. Lacquer and oil-based paints and solvents. Only water-based materials are allowed to be used inside the unit.
    2. Polyurethane varnishes and other oil-based materials. Only water-based varnishes are allowed to be used inside the unit.
    3. Use of the compressor within the unit.
    4. Use of grinder within the unit. An area will be provided if the contractor needs to use a grinder.
    5. Use of jackhammer inside the unit.
    6. Use of Flammable substances is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

  • WORK SCHEDULE

    Monday-Friday (except Holidays) | 8:30am-12:00n/1:00pm-5:00pm Noisy Works: 10:00am-12:00nn/2:00pm-4:00pm
  • ONE (1) WORKING DAY:

    • Work should be done only from Mondays to Friday, 8:30AM to 12:00NN and 1:00PM to 5:00PM only. No works on HOLIDAYS.

    • NOISY WORKS should only be on Mondays to Fridays, 10:00AM to 12:00NN and 2:00PM to 4:00PM only.

  • MORE THAN TWO (2) WORKING DAYS:

    • Antigen Test Result shall be submitted w/ 14 days validity.

    • Work should be done only from Mondays to Friday, 8:30AM to 12:00NN and 1:00PM to 5:00PM only. No works on HOLIDAYS.

    • NOISY WORKS should only be on Mondays to Fridays, 10:00AM to 12:00NN and 2:00PM to 4:00PM only.

  • FOR RENOVATING UNITS:

    • All renovation workers must undergo Antigen Swab Testing for COVID-19
    monthly until completion of works.

    • Work should be done only from Mondays to Friday, 8:30AM to 12:00NN and 1:00PM to 5:00PM only. No works on HOLIDAYS.

    • NOISY WORKS should only be on Mondays to Fridays, 10:00AM to 12:00NN and 2:00PM to 4:00PM only.
