By checking the following you agree to our policies

We ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule of appointments, due to the high demand of time for our service providers and guests. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours or less, a 50% fee of services booked will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 3 hours, or you fail to show, a fee of 100% will be applied to your account. This must be paid before rescheduling or booking any future appointments. By booking with us, you are agreeing to our cancellation fees.

I understand that Duo Tones Salon Company cannot accommodate late arrivals. If my service provider cannot complete my service, due to my late arrival, I consent to the cancellation agreement above.

I agree to pay for any and all expenses related to the arbitration of said fees for a late cancel or no-show of appointments.

We take pride in, stand by, and guarantee our work. If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. The Duo Tones Salon Company management team and salon owner are also happy to help provide other alternatives. Guest redos will only be honored if Duo Tones Salon Company has been contacted within 7 days of the original service and if you have not seen another salon in between your service.

We do not allow products to be returned.

I authorize Duo Tones Salon Company to charge the card I provide them in the event any of the above policies are violated. I agree to my information being stored on my file to be used in the future. I understand I can cancel this authorization at any time by contacting Duo Tones Salon Company. This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.

If any provision, section, subsection, clause, or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be servered from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
I hereby declare that I am of legal age and am competent to sign this Agreement, or, if not, that my parent or legal guardian shall sign on my behalf, and that my parent of legal guardian is in complete understanding and concurrence with this agreement.
