Youth Leader Well-Being Survey
Dear Youth Leader,

In a recent Barna Research piece, 38% of Pastors have thought about quitting full-time ministry in the past year. We thought it would be good to check in with Youth Leaders and ask the same set of well-being questions. Specifically, we are asking youth leaders that are employed, or previously employed.
