     This is a highly-efficient training program catered to your specific body and your specific goals. My training is based on education and experience, which turns into real results.     About Me:I am Myelz Ocadiz Fitness, 28, located in Maryland. Fitness and athletics has always been the centerpiece in my life. In 2007, I began properly educating myself on how to become healthier and more fit. In 2008, I began coaching and working with the youth while applying the knowledge learned to live a healthy lifestyle. I brought family and friends along my fitness journey, and encouraged those around me to take proper care of their minds and bodies with food and exercise.


    And I never stopped. 

    Experience: I have 15 years of Education and Experience. In 2017 I became NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer. I've trained hundreds of clients in countless locations and virtual settings. I've worked with virtually all walks of life, and all fitness levels.
