Confidentiality Agreement
This Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned individual ("Volunteer") and Roadhaven Resort Homeowners Association ("HOA"). 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that any sensitive, private, or confidential information related to Roadhaven Resort, its property owners, renters, board members, or operations, must be protected and not shared. (removed "inappropriately" because that opens a door) 2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to any Roadhaven Resort property owners or renters names, addresses, or contact information, financial records belonging to the HOA or residents, internal communications, HOA or personal legal matters, or any concerns raised by residents. 3. EXCEPTIONS This agreement does not apply to information that is publicly available or to information that is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order; however, the Volunteer must notify the HOA in advance of such disclosure whenever possible. 4. DURATION This obligation of confidentiality applies throughout the volunteer’s active service or involvement with the HOA and remains in effect even after the Volunteer’s role has ended. 5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By submitting this digital form, or signing this agreement, the Volunteer acknowledges that failure to comply or breach of this Agreement may result in removal from their volunteer role and may be subject to further action in accordance with HOA policies, Arizona state law, or federal law. All individuals serving in volunteer roles, including but not limited to community volunteers, board, and or committee members, are required to agree to the terms of this Agreement before participation begins.
