Membership is available to anyone. You promise NOT to conduct any fraudulent or business activity or have more than one Member Account at any time.
Your application for membership is subject to scrutiny, and existing members may raise objections to your acceptance.
The purpose of the Afrikaans Klub Australië Inc: The maintenance of a social club for the social enjoyment, entertainment, amusement, and association of its members for social purposes.
Members will behave in a proper manner without causing any inconvenience to other members and their guests. The term “behaviour” is to include: dress, language, actions and any annoyance which, in the opinion of Management, is detrimental to other members and the reputation of the Club. Members are solely responsible for their guests’ behaviour.
Should a member be involved in a major disturbance, or action that has endangered, upset or harmed, other members, guests or staff members, the member will be immediately suspended from the Club until a Disciplinary Committee hearing is conducted to determine the incident.
Any member causing damage to any article or property belonging to the AKA may be called upon and bear the cost of replacement or repair of such article or property. Any member who has a complaint to make against another member of the Club or the conduct of the Club, shall lodge a complaint in writing to the Club Secretary.
