REGISTER FOR FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR!

Mohave Health Coalition presents the 2nd Annual Lifestyle Fair, an event bringing health access directly to the Bullhead community. This free event allows attendees to take advantage of healthy lifestyle information, healthy food and fitness, hospice, home health, home care and more local vendors.

Vendors can use the form below to register for a FREE booth at the 2nd Annual Healthy Lifestyle Fair, which will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Booths include (1) six foot table and (2) chairs.
