PAYMENTS
Date and time are not secured until deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable. Social 360 reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received in full at least 2 days prior to event. Deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the date and time that was allocated to you.
Deposit is $150 to secure date and time.
Payments can be made via: Debit, Credit, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App (281) 903-0554
Deposit is transferable as long as date/time is available on calendar. Please note changes must be made at least 14 days prior to event.
Payment for extra time must be completed before time can be provided at your event. We may not be able to provide extra hours if Social 360 is booked for another event.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT
Billed party is responsible for any broken and/or damaged equipment during event. Social 360 will bill party in the event equipment is damaged by attenders. This includes spills, drops, or knock overs.
Products/Items rented from Social 360 is solely the property of Social 360 and cannot be rented outside of this agreement unless negotiated and discussed with Social 360 Management. Event will be canceled without refund in the event an attempt to charge partygoers to spin.
ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR VIDEO BOOTH
Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the 360 video booth at the event venue. The 3-4 person Social 360 video booth setup requires a minimum space 10’ deep x 10’ wide x 10’ high. Client is responsible for ensuring power is available for Social 360 video booth.
The outlet must not be shared with any other appliance. Social 360 video booth setup area should preferably be indoors especially during the day. If outdoors, client should ensure adequate shade from the sun to ensure good lighting of videos. Event must be on grand level or have elevator accessibility.
NOTE:Social 360 reserves all rights to deny any bookings solely at our discretion.
Social 360 reserves the right to use all videos and photos in our gallery for marketing purposes.
