  • For security reasons:

    1) The directory is kept on a private page that is password-protected. This is different from the rest of our website available to the public.

    2) The directory file cannot be downloaded or printed when accessed from our website.

    3) Phone and address information does not appear on the directory.

    4) Candid photos and videos are sometimes taken at meetings, events, and field trips. They may be posted on the website or in emails to members. Be aware, that if personal privacy is a concern, we encourage you to take steps to avoid these situations.

  • Senior Scholars sends regularly scheduled emails on Monday and Thursday each week we have a speaker and occasional emails notifiying members of important developments.

  • The online directory is updated quarterly and contains only the name and email address.

  • The Name Tag is printed in 2 rows, each with a 14 character limit.

  • Please be advised that Membership Dues are not refundable.

  • Seniors are Welcome at Senior Scholars

  • Instructions Payment by check is a 2 step process:

    Step 1: Write and send a check

    1. Make your check payable to Senior Scholars at Queens for $35 per person.                

    2. Write a brief note "Dear Membership Committee..." with today's date and your name and phone number.

    3. Mail the check and note to:

    Step 2: Submit contact information:

    1. Select "Review Answers" to see the entries and "Print" if desired.

    2  Select "Submit" to transfer the contact information to the Membership Committee.

    3. A "Thank You Message" from Senior Scholars is displayed at completion.

  • Senior Scholars does not maintain card information on its membership files.

    Instructions.

    1. Select the button "Review Answers" to display the data you entered.

    2. Select the button "Print" if you choose.

    3  Select the button "Submit" to start PayPal.

       4. SSQ recommends using PayPal's Guest option

    5. To enter as a PayPal guest select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal screen After the screen changes enter card, billing address and contact information then when ready select the "Pay Now" button; otherwise enter your PalPal id.

        PayPal will email a receipt.

        PayPal completes the process with a Green Check Mark.

    6. Select "Return to Merchant" returns to this form.

    7. A "Thanks You Message" from Senior Scholars is displayed at completion.
