  • Attach TWO Recommendation Letters that are currently dated - The two letters should come from different sources, for example,

    • one from an educational source, such as professor or Dean,
    • one from hospital dept. head or supervisor.

    The letters must be dated no earlier than the opening date of this application cycle (12/1/24), on applicable letterhead, not have been previously used to apply for THIS scholarship, and must be addressed to “Ambassadors for Community Health Scholarship Committee”. 

    note: for SDMC applicants, a recommendation from SDMC Volunteer Services is not accepted, the volunteer report will serve as a recommendation from that dept.  Please seek a recommendation from a supervisor in the dept you volunteered with.

    For non-SDMC applicants, a report or recommendation from your Volunteer dept will serve as Volunteer report in next section.
