We appreciate your interest and welcome you to showcase your crafts, business, or organization at the 2025 Juneteenth Augusta Festival at the AUGUSTA EXCHANGE FAIRGROUNDS at 308 Hale Street.

Vendor spaces are approximately

15ft (W) X 22ft (L) for non-food and food tent vendors

15ft (W) X 36ft (L) for food/retail trucks and trailers

Vendor Spots

Non-food vendor booths (Tent Only) are $175.00

Food vendor booths (Tent Only) are $250.00

Food and Retail Trucks/Trailers are $300.00

All paid vendors will receive a FREE business card placement in the 2025 Juneteenth Augusta Program Guide.

VENDOR RULES & GUIDELINES

JUNETEENTH AUGUSTA FESTIVAL
- The Juneteenth Augusta Festival is a free-market day and is open to any and all vendors; we do NOT limit the number of any type of vendor that chooses to attend this event.
- Vendors will be assigned a specific vending location inside of the festival area; all space assignments will be at the discretion of the Band of Brothers Augusta Inc.
- Vendors may NOT share booth space for the purpose of reducing booth fees.
- Booths may not be loaned or sublet to anyone other than the applicant.
- Vendors must provide all equipment for their booth area to include tables, chairs, canopies, and tent weights if applicable. All items must fit within the designated booth space.
- If you require electricity, you will need to bring your own generator; preferably the quiet model type.
- Vendors are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their booths at all times.
- If a vendor requests to cancel their reserved space for any reason, the vendor business forfeits all pre-paid funds and rights to the allotted vendor location.

Event Cancelation and/or Postponement: Force Majeure

Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. shall not be liable for any damage or expense incurred by Vendor in the event the show is delayed, interrupted, or not held as scheduled. If for any reason beyond the control of Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc, the show is not held, Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. will retain so much of the amount paid by Vendors as necessary to defray expenses already incurred by the Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. Any amount not retained by Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. will be credited back to the Vendors account with Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. and can be used towards a future event with Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. within the same calendar year. No refunds of paid funds will be offered for any reason.
