We hereby acknowledge that our ISTKD membership will be canceled effective 30 days from the date of this notice. We understand that our payments will continue for the said time unless we contact the school to pay out immediately.
ISTKD requires a 30 day written notice to cancel the contract and the buyer waives the right to submit chargebacks on all credit/debit cards on all transactions.
If you later wish to return to Inner Strength Taekwondo LLC, your current tuition rate will be expired and you will enroll at the new tuition rate.
