2026 Midwest Market in Effingham Vendor Agreement
1. I agree to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of location, and all its associates for any personal injury, loss, or damages to him/herself or any property loss or damages of any nature suffered by any person, vendors and especially the attendees while within the vendor's space or caused by the vendor. Vendor may not assign their contract for vendor space to permit any other person to use part of said space.
2. I agree to hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of location, and all its associates for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or broken.
3. I agree that, should an accident occur within a vendor’s space caused by the vendor's displays, products or unsafe conditions, the vendor will be held liable. The vendor agrees to save and hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of location and all said associated from liability resulting in such accidents.
4. I agree to read and be responsible for compliance with all the rules and regulations in this contract.
5. I am responsible for product liability and accurate representation of products offered for sale.
You MUST attend show both days. You MUST be set up by 3 pm on Friday, November 20th. Set up times are Thursday 3-7 pm and Friday 9 am - 3 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
I have read and understood this application and agree to the vendor agreement. I understand that my application will be reviewed and I will be contacted by the Midwest Market team if I am selected to be a vendor for the 2026 Market Season. If I am accepted, I agree to send my booth rental payment within 10 days. Late entries, payment is due upon receipt. I understand my space is not guaranteed until payment is received. I further understand that if terms of this contract are broken, I may not be invited to return to future Midwest Market events.
We understand life happens and you may need to cancel. If you cancel the week of the event, payment is forfeited.
