The spa is unsupervised. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the facilities within the safety guidelines of this agreement and observe any safety notices within the spa.
Please be punctual to get the most out of your spa visit. If it is your first time visiting the spa, please feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to enable us to show you around the spa.
Please ensure that you are ready to leave on time, and leave the spa, changing and toilet facilities clean and tidy. Any issues should be reported to us.
Maximum number using the spa is 8.
Minimum age for spa users is 13. Anybody under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please tick the relevant boxes for larger size robes.
Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies at least 72hrs before your visit.
Your comfort throughout your visit is our priority; if there is anything that you require assistance with we can be contacted at any time by phone.
If you have any health conditions that could have contra-indications in the spa facilities (ie high temperatures of the sauna, cold temperatures of the snow room), please check with your doctor before attending the spa. We are happy to provide more information on any of the thermal experiences before your visit.
When using the thermal suite please ensure that you stay well hydrated. There is a cold water drinks dispenser for your use.
Please remove shoes when entering the spa building. Spa slippers are provided for your use.
No food or glassware to be taken into any of the wet areas. Please observe any safety notices in the kitchen area, especially when making hot drinks.
