The application form has five pages for you to submit information. Should the Fund Administrators require further information they will be in touch via the email address you provide.
Prior to completing this form please ensure you have the following pieces of required evidence available in an attachable format:
- Three months' of up to date bank statements for all accounts including savings accounts. Ensure the statements show available balance and overdraft, and be prepared to give explanations for all transactions above £100
- Evidence that explains your current financial difficulties
- Evidence of educational loans, i.e. SFE tuition loan and maintenance loans
Please also attach any documents which are relevant to your application, for example wage slips, tenancy agreement / rent arrears, Utility arrears, Council Tax arrears, Court orders etc.
Failure to supply the required information will result in your application being returned to you detailing while and your application closed. You will then need to resubmit the form with the required information.
