    Once your surrender request is received, a staff member will reach out to see how and when we may be able to help you. Please note that there is a long wait list for cat surrenders. If you have multiple adult animals in the household that you need to surrender, please complete one form per animal. Only one form is needed for a litter of kittens. If the animal is sick or injured, please contact a veterinarian. We do not have on-site veterinary care. This surrender form is for PICKAWAY COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY.
