PHOTOGRAPHY: Unlimited images of your listing's interior and exterior delivered the next day!

VIDEOGRAPHY: Next day delivery (business days). All packages with video receive 2 videos. One unbranded for the MLS and one branded for social. 

DRONE VIDEO:  costs will vary based on the project.

GROUND PACKAGE: includes interior and exterior photos (unlimited) and video of the entire listing showcasing all the sellable features.

GROUND & AIR "the works" includes Photography and Videography of interior and exterior from both the ground and air, includes unlimited photos. including drone photos.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

REVISIONS: first round revisions are free. Anything beyond the first round is  $50 per revision but could be more based on revision complexities.

TRAVEL TIMES: any distance traveled greater than 15 miles (one way) from center city Erie, Pa (26th & Liberty), will include a travel charge of $1.50 a mile over 15 miles.

BILLING: Invoices sent via email once all services are rendered.

PAYMENTS: Cash, Check (made to Brian Fromknecht), Venmo (@brianfromknecht), Credit or Debit - a 3% processing fee will be added to final bill.

REVISIONS - first round free. Any changes beyond first round is $50 per change.  

COPYRIGHT & LICENSING: The transferring of any imagery (photography, videography or otherwise) to another party, or for use in any manner, monetary or not, is NOT PERMITTED. You must purchase a license from Reach Media Productions to transfer ownership of any said media. By working with Reach Media Productions you are accepting and in agreement with this copyright and licensing clause and will abide to these rules.

MEDIA LICENSING: may also be purchased to use Reach Media Productions in other marketing endeavors.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% may be requested to book your session and is only refundable if the session has been cancelled by the photographer.
