  • Note that one day Special Event insurance required if there is alcohol at the event. No burning candles or anything that might cause fire is allowed. No smoking inside of the building. No drinks are allowed on the hardwood floor. No tables can be set on the hardwood floor, only on the carpeted area.

  • Terms Of Use:  By signing this rental agreement, Renter(s) agree to the following: 

    Rates: Rates are given up to 5 hours. If you need extra hours, it is $200 per hour. Friday/Sunday: $1000-1600. Saturdays: 11-4pm: $1,600, 5pm -11.30pm: $2000. Equipment or decorations setup that will require extra time needs to be factored into the rental quote.

    A 50% retainer is required to hold studio, rental items and event date. The retainer will be due at the reservation time. The date and studio/rental items are not reserved until retainer and signed rental agreement are submitted to and received by the Studio. The retainer is refundable if studio is found in the same condition after event date (cleaning has been done and rental facility/equipment not damaged).

    The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL SALE in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the
    building. Renter is responsible for clean up of smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarettes, etc) before leaving.

    ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME
    • The lease shall start and end as set forth in this Agreement; set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours set forth in this Agreement.
    • An hourly charge of $200.00 per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in this Agreement.

    BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS
    • Be present at all times during the rental
    • Keep the event or session contained within the studio
    • Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times
    • Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving

    STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:
    The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to
    Renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the Main Ballroom, parking, lighting equipment, furniture (16 round tables with 8 chairs) in the studio at the time of rental. The Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, emergencies. Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. Rental furniture may be taken outside, one piece at a time. If there is inclement weather in the forecast (rain, snow, etc.) then the furniture may not be taken outdoors. Please do not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it without dragging the legs. 

    DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:
    Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio that Renter damages within 3 business days. In the event that the Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio, Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary within 3 business days. Renter agrees to be responsible to clean after the event and to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or a cleaning fee will be assessed and deducted from retainer.

    The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental items to Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable.

    LIABILITY:

    The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.


    Use of the studio requires the following in advance:
    • Signed Studio Rental Agreement
    • Payment of Retainer (50% of rental fee) to be received 60 days before the event. Checks payable to Le Pari Dance Fitness Center. 

    Full rental fee is due 45 days before event date. If event is cancelled, full refund 30 days before the event date except $100 Processing fee i(non-refundable). 
    • Photocopy of Renter’s Drivers License

    The premises are to be used for the purpose of a photography/videography studio, including such activities, as are necessary and usually incidental to such
    use. The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture at any time during the rental term. Renter shall make any and all
    arrangements necessary to permit a representative of the Studio access to the equipment and studio. If a breach of any of the provisions of the
    Rental Agreement occurs, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter's access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without
    prejudice to the Studio, the right to receive rent due or accrued to and including date of revocation.

    Returned checks will incur additional charges including but not exceeding all bank fees plus $50 processing fee. 

    Refund requests must be made in writing and will be responded to promptly by management. If equipment, furniture, or studio is ordered and delivered, but not used, no refund will be approved. 

     

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A FULL REFUND


    RENTERS MUST OBSERVE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF 150 PERSONS

    RENTERS SERVING ALCOHOL AND/OR PROVIDING AMPLIFIED MUSIC MUST HAVE A UNIFORM OR BADGE

    CLEAN RESTROOMS (PICK UP DEBRIS AND EMPTY TRASH)

    CLEAN PREMISES (VACUUM CARPETS AND CLEAN FLOORS)

    CLEAN KITCHEN. (counters, sinks, floor) TAKE ALL LEFTOVER FOOD HOME

    EMPTY ALL TRASH IN CANS PROVIDED

    TABLES AND CHAIRS TO BE LEFT IN SAME POSITION AS FOUND.

    ALL PEOPLE MUST BE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE BUILDING ON OR BEFORE 11:30 PM.

    ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND/OR PRODUCTS USED ARE RETURNED

     

    EACH UNCOMPLETED REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN AT LEAST A $50.00 DEDUCTION FROM YOUR RETAINER. ANY ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED BY THE COMPANY'S CONTRACTED CLEANING SERVICE WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RETAINER. NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE BUILDING.

     

    INCLUDED:

    –        TABLES (40'' ROUND, 16 tables)

    –        CHAIRS FOR YOUR GUESTS (recommended no more than 8 seats per table)

    NOT INCLUDED:

    –        MUSIC SYSTEM, DECORATION; KITCHEN AND/OR BATHROOM SUPPLIES

    –        TABLE CLOTHS AND/OR CHAIR COVERS; FOOD; DRINKS, SILVERWARE and ETC.

    Available for hire: LP help to help in the kitchen (not cooking but setting up, serving and cleaning), $25 per hour

    Sound (Music) System: $150 for the event
